ATX to Xbox Converter 2 wiring help

Sorry if this is a stupid question but no one i know does anything with electronics and so no one can help me. I recently purchased your ATX to Xbox Converter 2 with and ATX Extender. Which im using with a picopsu, now ive just got one question with the wiring. I am following your install guide about powering into the atx side. Im plugging a 20 Pin male into my picopsu and then wiring that to the board (atx converter) but it has 24 wires (and this is where im having my problem). After lining up the clip and testing where the wires go, the wires that would run to the 12v and 3.3v (in the additional 24 pin section on the converter) run to the same point on the pins going into the psu (from the atx extender) as do the ones going to the 5v and GND. These shouldnt be going to the same point should they? the clip isnt facing the wrong way so what could of gone wrong??
